Defendant
A, on January 17, 2012, sentenced ten months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Central District Court for fraud, and on August 13, 2013, at the Jung-gu District Court sentenced one year and two months of imprisonment with prison labor at the same time for the same crime, and generated the termination of the execution of the sentence in the Ansan Prison on June 21, 2014.

1. On October 10, 2014, Defendant A posted a statement to the effect that “I sell 2008 mixed CBR125CC Baba” on the Internet by means of a computer or smartphone, and then I wish to make a false statement to the same effect to the victim I who visited the victim I, who made a false statement to the same effect, and received KRW 1,450,000 from the victim under the name of the Defendant A to the new bank account in the name of Defendant A (J).

On December 24, 2014, Defendant A in violation of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act received passbook and cash card connected to the new bank account in the name of B through Kwikset Services on the condition that additional KRW 300,000 per week shall be paid according to the period of 1,50,000 per annum and the period of use from B, which he/she became aware of through smartphone-based online fraud, around December 24, 2014, for the purpose of using the same Internet fraud as above, as mentioned in Paragraph 1 of the same Article, and received passbook and cash card connected to the same name B through Kwikset Services on the same condition at the same place around the 28th of the same month. The passbook and cash card connected to the bank account in the same name from the above B on the same condition at the same place on the same time on the same day.
