The defendant shall be exempted from punishment.

Of the facts charged in the instant case, each of the public documents is acquitted.

Punishment of the crime

On November 17, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment due to fraud, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 15, 2015, and completed the enforcement of the said sentence at the Seoul Detention Center on April 24, 2015.

Defendant C and D opened the “E” mobile phone sales store, opened a mobile phone in the name of the title holder using a forged identification file, and received a mobile phone terminal to sell it to a used mobile phone purchaser, etc. for profit-making. C conspiredd to manage and open a falsified identification card image file and sell it to a used mobile phone purchaser, etc. through F, a forged identification card provider, as well as to secure profit-making by disposing of the opened mobile phone and core chips, the Defendant prepared an application in his/her name and opened the mobile phone in accordance with the image file secured by C while running the store business. D is an employee of a sales store to manage and open a falsified identification card image file, as well as to open a mobile phone.

C At around December 2013, at the “E” store located in G at the Government-si, around 12, 2013, the Party arbitrarily stated F as “Class 1 common,” “Class H of the Gyeonggi Government,” “H of the Gyeonggi Government,” “from November 06, 2013 to November 1, 2004,” and “the publishing date column” in the license type column, and sent the Defendant e-mail by obtaining an image file of the driver’s license certificate under the name of the Commissioner General of the Gyeonggi Provincial Police Agency with another’s photograph.

Defendant and D, at the same place as on December 19, 19 of the same year, arbitrarily prepare an application for joining I mobile phones using personal information recorded in the image files of the I's driver's license, which is obtained from C, and may not know the forged facts, along with the I's application for joining I's cell phone in the victim (state), through J (Representative K) K (Representative K) LI Co., Ltd., and also with the I's license image file.
