1. The Defendant’s each of the Plaintiff (Appointeds) and the appointed parties as to KRW 8,155,988 and each of the said money from February 12, 2015.

1. Basic facts

A. On December 10, 2014, the Plaintiff (Appointed Party; hereinafter only referred to as the “Plaintiff”) and the designated parties, who acquired the ownership of the instant building, completed the registration of the transfer of ownership with the content of co-ownership of the Plaintiff and the designated parties’ share as 1/3 each of the co-ownership shares of the Plaintiff and 1/3 on the ground that the Plaintiff (Appointed Party; hereinafter referred to as the “Plaintiff”) and the designated parties received the building listed in the attached Table 2 (hereinafter referred to as the “instant building”) from a voluntary auction and paid the price by selling it through a voluntary auction and acquired the ownership thereof.

B. At the time of February 2, 2006, the Defendant, including the possession of the instant building, entered into a lease agreement with C, which is the owner of the instant building, for a fixed term of KRW 200 million, monthly rent of KRW 200 million, and two years for lease (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”). After that agreement, the Defendant occupied and used the said building as a bath for bath until February 5, 2015. The Plaintiff and the designated parties commenced the possession of the said building from February 5, 2015, and run baths from February 7, 2015 to February 7, 2015.

C. The Defendant occupied and used the instant building for bath bath, and the Defendant unpaid management expenses of KRW 11,61,680 (electric power fees, TV license fees, etc. from November 2014 to January 2015) to the management office of the said building. The Defendant unpaid KRW 8,219,490 to the Korea District Heating Corporation, and unpaid KRW 3,85,030 for public sewerage and groundwater usage charges of KRW 1,220,000 to the Kim Sea, and had the purchaser use the bath of the said building at KRW 1,20,00,00 for five times, from February 7, 2015 to KRW 05 to KRW 1,220,00 for public sewerage and groundwater usage charges of KRW 3,55,00 to the management office of the said building on behalf of the Defendant.
