A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 23, 2020, the Defendant: (a) received a 112 report on May 23, 2020, around C convenience stores located in the Northern-gu, Seocheon-gu; (b) around 00:30 on May 23, 2020, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant assaulted the chest part of the above E with drinking water twice by drinking and knife and knife, who is a police officer belonging to the D police unit in the Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, the Defendant called to the site after receiving a 112 report that they wn up while drinking expenses to many and unspecified persons; and (c) took a bath to the above E, and assaulted the chest part of the said E by drinking and knife.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in relation to 112 reporting management.

On July 9, 2020, the Defendant, at around 20:43, 2020, assaulted the face of the above H one time by taking advantage of the police officer belonging to the Seocheon-gu Police Station G District of the Y of the Y, who was dispatched to the site after receiving a report from 112 to the effect that “the women are fright to fright and sound, fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.

On August 29, 2020, at around 203:40 on August 29, 2020, the Defendant sent back a report to K (the 28 years old) who was a police officer belonging to the JJ forces of the Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu Police Station, Seocheon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (the 28 years old), “A female under the influence of alcohol is under the influence of alcohol” and then taken measures for returning home to the Defendant’s residence, thereby putting water into the face of the said K.

As a result, the defendant assaulted police officers, thereby hindering police officers from performing their legitimate duties on handling reports.
