A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

On June 13, 2019, the Defendant, at around 11:00 on June 13, 2019, driven a E-mail vehicle without a vehicle driver’s license in the section of approximately 40 km from the front of the Defendant’s house as stated in paragraph (1) to the front of the office of the Defendant, via 101 Sim-si 1,01, the same day, and around 13:00 on the same day to back to the front of the office of the said Defendant.

3. On June 15, 2019, the Defendant, at around 18:00, driven a blood alcohol concentration of 0.187%, without a car driver’s license, on the part of approximately 3km from the part near the inn water viewing road located in the dohh-si, and up to the road near the G cafeteria located in the same city at that time, and on the 22:10th day from the road near the above “G” restaurant at around 22:10, to the first road located in H at around 10 meters around the day, the Defendant driven a e-mail vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.187% without a car driver’s license.
