Punishment of the crime

On July 6, 2019, at around 03:17, the Defendant driven B-be truck under the influence of alcohol content 0.196% from the section of about 5km to the front road of the entrance of the Denyang Station located in F-si, Sin-si, G-si, to the direction of the entrance of the Denyang Station located in the same city at the same time.

On December 20, 2012, the Defendant was punished in violation of Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act by receiving a fine of KRW 6 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act from the Busan District Court's net support on May 14, 2014.
