1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year;

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Part of the crime committed by Defendant A
A. At around 10:00 on March 19, 2012, the Defendant: (a) cut off the locks set up with the steel bars set up in D and seven lots of land; (b) cut off the locks set up in advance at the entrance of the new construction site; and (c) intruded the structures of the victim, which are managed by F.
B. The Defendant suffered property damage.
