Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 17, 2013, at around 12:10, the Defendant, at the 6th floor of the Seoul Central Labor Office, 1'Seoul Central Labor Office's 'Seoul Labor Office', and at the 6th floor of the victim B and the late payment of wages, the Defendant used his arms to boom the victim's neck on the ground that the victim was behind his bank without permission, and assaulted the victim by 2-3 meters.
