Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 15, 2014, around 15:45, the Defendant argued that the victim B (22 taxes, women) and his body face on the street in 164, Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on September 6, 2014, the Defendant assaulted the victim at one time at the back end of the victim.
