When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 11, 2016, the Defendant driven a C low alcohol vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.146% alcohol concentration at the 5km section from Samsung apartment near Samsung apartment located in the Southern-dong, Nam-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do to the front day of the oil station located in the same Gu-free Dong from around 07:30 on December 11, 2016.

2. On February 2, 2017, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Ulsan District Court on August 30, 2012, and was driving under the influence of alcohol on December 11, 2016.

On February 2, 2017, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle with the highest alcohol level of about 0.104% in the blood alcohol level from the Ulsan Amke parking lot in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S. to the front of the raw milk distance in the same Gu, from around 2 kilometers in the middle-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do.

As a result, the Defendant again driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol, as a person who violated the prohibition of drinking twice or more.
