1. The judgment of the court of first instance is modified as follows.

Defendant B, as indicated in attached Table 1, shall be the Plaintiff and Defendant B’s land.

1. Basic facts

A. The land situation and inheritance relationship 1) K and L are the 137 square meters (hereinafter “1-Government land”) on June 18, 1913, 1913.

) Before J, 1,003 et al. (hereinafter referred to as “second-form land”);

(2) L died on November 12, 1973, and L succeeds jointly with other inheritors, and M died on September 13, 1981, and the Plaintiff, who was the child, succeeded jointly with other inheritors.

2) At the time when the cadastral record was restored on August 1, 1961, the land Type II was already divided into the above Q Q and the above X land. However, on September 25, 1962, the above X land was divided from the above X land, and the above X land remaining after the division was merged with the above Qu land on October 9, 191. C. The cadastral record of the land Category I (1) was destroyed on August 1, 1961, and was entered as K and C in the old land register restored and restored on August 1, 1961. Where a specific land is referred to among each land listed in the separate sheet, it shall be specified as “the instant land 0.”

2) Official cadastral records of the land under Section 2-A in respect of the land under Category 2.
