Punishment of the crime

On March 21, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor in the Gwangju District Court for larceny, etc. and completed the execution of the sentence in the Gwangju Prison on November 24, 2013.

1. Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

3. On July 23, 2014, at around 00:30 on July 23, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim I, the Defendant: (a) carried 4,350 won, cash owned by the victim, and 1,000 won, cash owned by the victim, which was parked on the wall of the gbbbbbbbbox located on the part of the driver’s seat and the auxiliary seat, after having a door-to-faced with the victim I, who was parked at the front of the JJ in Gwangju Northern-gu.

4. The Defendant committed the crime against the Victim L on July 23, 2014, at around 01:16, 01:00, left the door in order to keep the door and to steal the goods in the vehicle, the owner of the Victim L L, which was parked in the front route of Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, and opened the door, but the door was not locked.

Accordingly, the defendant tried to steal the victim's property and attempted to commit it.
