Punishment of the crime

1. Around 02:00 on February 11, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened the pertinent car door in which the victim FF’s GM7 passenger lanes parked on the front of the E-lane at Silung-si; and (b) entered that door, and stolen the vehicle with cash of KRW 1,00,000,000, which is the victim’s possession of the container.
2. Around 05:00 on May 6, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened the pertinent passenger car door with the victim I, who was parked in the H’s front path at the Sinh City, and entered the said door and stolen the said 100,000 won in front of the victim’s check at the hand room for male use, which was located on the front floor of the light, with the victim’s own 100,000 won in front of the check.
3. On May 20, 2016, between 15:00 and 16:30, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of the said car, which was parked in front of the 165 Chungcheong church, at the time of Sinti City, with the victim K’s Llearning car, and entered the door, and stolen the said car by holding one 24 K Women’s gold Ban equivalent to KRW 700,000 at the market price, which was the victim’s possession of the container.
4. Around 03:00 on May 27, 2016, the Defendant opened a door of the instant car that was parked in the front line of M M at Silung-si, and entered the door and stolen 430,000 won in cash, which was owned by the victim, who was on the Contacts.

On July 15, 2016, around 23:23, the Defendant: (a) opened a victim RR S that was parked in front of Q industry company located in P at Sinti City on July 15, 2016; (b) opened a door of the pertinent car that was not corrected to XG car; and (c) attempted to steal the property by entering that door, but did not discover any fact; and (d) did not commit an attempted crime.
6. On December 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a passenger car door in which the instant car is not corrected by the victim UVK9 passenger lanes parked in the front line of Triju City on December 23, 2016; and (b) had 200,000 won in cash, which is owned by the victim, from a male household located in the rear seat.
