1. The instant lawsuit was concluded on January 15, 2016 as the withdrawal of the lawsuit.

2. After filing an application for the designation of the date on January 19, 2016.

According to the records, even though the Plaintiff, the Intervenor succeeding to the Plaintiff, and the Defendants were served with each lawful date notice, it is evident that they were absent on November 20, 2015, which is the date of the first pleading, and on December 4, 2015, which is the date of the second pleading, and on January 15, 2016, which is the date of the third pleading.

Ultimately, the instant lawsuit is deemed to have been withdrawn by both parties on the date of pleading pursuant to Article 268(3) of the Civil Procedure Act, and thus, it is declared that the instant lawsuit was withdrawn on January 15, 2016.
