1. The plaintiff (appointed party)'s appeal is dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal are assessed against Plaintiff (Appointed Party) and Plaintiff C.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. At around 208, the Plaintiffs and the Defendants’ ownership of IB loan and the rebuilding resolution (i.e., IB loan on the ground of JJ in Seoul, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, and IB loan on the ground of K, but the ownership relationship was as follows.

B. On February 8, 2010, P entrusted with the authority to reconstruct IBD’s reconstruction, on the part of the Plaintiff, entered into a provisional contract with the Seongdong Comprehensive Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “SBD”) on the construction site of IBD with respect to the reconstruction work of IBD, the Seoul Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J, K, and construction period from April 201 to November 201, 201; the construction cost of KRW 1,000,000 per square meter; and the design cost of KRW 27,000 per square meter ( separate value-added tax).
The date of commencement between P and P on July 1, 2010 (six months after the approval of the safety inspection of Q tunnels and the building permission), and the expected date of completion shall be December 31, 2010, and the contract was concluded with the construction cost of KRW 1,340,000 (hereinafter “the first contract”).
Article 12(1) of the Act on the Protection and Improvement of Personal Information and Communications Technology (hereinafter referred to as the “Act on the Protection and Protection of Personal Information and Communications Technology”) provides 5,200,000 won for the reconstruction of IB.
C. (i) Although the construction of Seongdong Integrated is deemed to have obtained a construction permit until August 10, 2010, the said construction permit was not granted within the said period, the Defendants and the Defendants, M, N,O (hereinafter the Defendants and the Defendants, when combining L, M, N, andO with the Defendants, and the Defendants, “the Defendants,” etc.”).
