Punishment of the crime

C는 차량 운전석에서 내려 피해자의 차량에 다가가 피해자를 향해 “좆 같은 자본가 개새끼들아, 씹할, 자본가 새끼들은 눈에 뵈는 게 없지, 이 씹할 놈들아, 눈깔 좆 같이 달고 다니지마 이 새끼야, 너 인생 좆 같이 살지마 이 새끼야, 나이 똥구멍으로 쳐 먹었냐, 생긴 건 좆 같이 생겨 가지고 씹새끼가 진짜, 아주 차만 BMW 끌고 다니면 지가 사회적으로 다 가진 줄 알아 개새끼들, 자본가 새끼들 좆같아 가지고 진짜, 문 열라고 씹할 새끼야, 문 열라고”라는 등으로 소리를 치며 피해자를 향해 삿대질을 하고, 피고인 A은 피해자의 차량으로 다가가 피해자의 차량 손잡이를 잡아당기고 유리창을 두드리면서 피해자를 향해 “그냥 미안하다고 말 한마디면 끝날 걸, 너 사람 약 올리냐, 병신 같은 새끼야, 나이를 쳐 먹었으면 나이 값을 하라고 이 병신아, 아이 씹할 새끼 그냥 확, 운전 잘 못 했으면 미안하단 말 한마디면 끝나, 내려서 얘기하라고 병신 같은 새끼야”라고 소리를 치는 등으로 피고인들은 약 10분간 피해자의 차량 부근에서 소리를 치며 피해자에게 위해를 가할 듯이 협박하였다.
