1. The Defendant’s KRW 24,184,200 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate from July 27, 2018 to March 9, 2021.

1. Basic facts

A. On November 13, 2012, the Plaintiff completed the registration of the transfer of ownership due to the purchase and sale on November 12, 2012, with respect to Suwon-si Factory C (hereinafter “instant apartment”) (hereinafter “instant apartment”), and had resided at the place from the end of February 2013.

B. On September 2, 2016, the Defendant leased the instant apartment G head (hereinafter “instant G head”) from E and F, and was residing in the said place from September 3, 2016, and was directors at a different place around November 21, 2018.

From July 27, 2018 to the point of view, from around July 27, 2018, the small ceiling of the instant room and walls, floors, door trussess, and the floor, walls, etc. of the living room were flooded (hereinafter “the water of this case”). 【Unfounded ground for recognition” did not dispute, the respective descriptions of evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 15, and the purport of the entire pleadings.

2. The assertion and judgment

② On July 31, 2018, I visited the instant G heading to find out that water is being drained at the lower part of a wood string, which is linked to the lower part of the lower part of the embankment (hereinafter referred to as “instant G string”), and carried out underwater professional drainage work.

On the same day, the upper part of the wood string, which is linked to the floor, and the lower part of the window string connected to the upper part of the wood string, was milked on some water.

After the above drainage work, water was found in the benda of the G of this case or there was no additional water leakage in the subparagraph D of this case.
