A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of eight months and a fine of three hundred thousand won.
However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny;
A. At around 19:00 on September 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) took up and stolen 70,000 won of 70,000 won (70,000,000 won) of the market value of the victim’s D’s bluber farm in 19:0,000 from the ground by preparing a blubation; and (b) took them into the ground by using a blubation.
B. At around 18:00 on September 8, 2014, the Defendant, in the same manner as in the preceding paragraph, stolen the Defendant’s six-year-blue tree 4gs worth KRW 400,000,000 at the victim D’s market price.
C. From around 18:45 to 20:30 on September 13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of four fire parts, which were loaded on the instant off-to-land, where a six-year blue tree, the market price of the victim D, is in excess of KRW 400,000,000,000, in the instant Blue farm.
On September 16, 2014, the Defendant: (a) loaded 300,000 won of 30,000 won of 30,000 won of the market value of the victim D on the above Blube farm and stolen it.
2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;
A. The Defendant, at the time and time stated in paragraph 1(a), driven a e large SL125(124 cc) Laos without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license, from the F Defendant’s residence, to the Blulue farm of the D’s operation in net City C.
B. At the time and time indicated in paragraph 1(b), the Defendant driven the above stove without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license from the above Defendant’s residence to the Blulue farm of the operation of the D.
C. At the time and time stated in paragraph (1)(c), the Defendant driven the above stove without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license from the above Defendant’s residence to the Blulue farm of the operation of the D. D.
The defendant does not obtain a motorcycle driver's license from the above defendant's residence at the time and time stated in paragraph (d) of this Article to the Blust farm operated by the above D.
