Punishment of the crime

(2015 Highest 1084) On December 23, 2011, the Defendant: (a) around 22:45, on the street in front of the prime city; (b) on December 23, 201, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, was in a riotous or disorderly manner by doing rough words or conducts; and (c) on the basis of a justifiable reason, supplied spirits.
