Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 17, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 700,000 as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Port Support of the Daegu District Court on August 17, 2009, and a fine of KRW 1.5 million as a same crime in the Port Support of the Daegu District Court on December 15, 2009.

On November 1, 2013, at around 00:20, the Defendant driven a approximately 1 km in front of the G-dong oil station in the front of the G-dong, North-dong, North-dong, North-dong, North Korea, under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.092%.
