Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 17, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 700,000 won as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act, and a fine of 700,000 won as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the same court on September 1, 208.

On March 22, 2013, at around 00:45, the Defendant driven a vehicle B with approximately KRW 50 meters at the front of the new oil station in front of the Seongbuk-dong Public Health Center at the port of port while under the influence of alcohol of about 0.083% of alcohol concentration in blood.
