On April 6, 2016, the Defendant had been sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act (marijuana) in the Daejeon District Court on April 6, 2016 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daejeon District Court's branch of the Daejeon District Court on October 5, 2016.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2017 Highest 4871" is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On October 30, 2017, the Defendant received and delivered marijuana for a quantity of smoking twice from E within the scope of the E F New EF small passenger vehicle parked on the street front of the D main point located in Daejeon Seo-gu Daejeon, Daejeon around 18:00 on October 30, 2017.

2. On October 30, 2017, the Defendant: (a) smoked marijuana at the same time and place as paragraph (1); (b) smoked marijuana issued by E in the pipe form by inserting it into a pipe aluminium; and (c) attaching a fire to it.

3. Receipt and delivery of marijuana on November 22, 2017;

A. On November 22, 2017, around H office located in G in Sejong-si, the Defendant received approximately 20 kinds of marijuana delivery from a person who supplies nameless marijuana supplier, containing approximately 20 smoking quantities, and received marijuana.

B. The Defendant received marijuana by delivering three times the amount of smoking amount to E, among marijuana delivered by a person in the name undissatisfy as above, within the E’s new EF small passenger car parked near the H office at the same time and around the same day as paragraph 3(a).

4. On November 201, 2017, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a way that, around November 2017, the Defendant gets off the marijuana in a pipe form in a new EF small-scale or another vehicle of E, which was parked on the street front of the D main point located in Daejeon Seo-gu Daejeon, Daejeon, and then put the marijuana in the pipe form and gets out by attaching a fire.

The defendant of "2018 Highest 408" is not a person handling narcotics.

On October 20, 2017, around 19:30, the Defendant: (a) put in the pipe near H office in the pipe made of approximately 1g of marijuana in the gambling site; and (b) smoked in the way of I and prosperity with a fire attached.
