1. The Defendant-Counterclaim Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) is the Plaintiff-Counterclaim Defendant A, the amount of KRW 3,00,000, the amount of KRW 2,000,000 to Plaintiff D, and the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant).

A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.

1. Basic facts

A. The relationship between the parties 1) The plaintiff A is the F apartment of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter referred to as the "the apartment of this case").

(2) Around August 26, 2011, Plaintiff D is the husband of Plaintiff A, and Plaintiff B and C are the children of Plaintiff A. 2) The Defendant was a director of the instant apartment 7th floor and became aware of the same apartment resident.
