Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 3, 2016, around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) took care of the victim D, who was located around the 1st floor of the “Curel” in Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si; and (b) took advantage of the victim’s national card in the process of calculating the curine cost; (c) caused the victim to fall on the floor. (d) On September 3, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Transactions Specializing in Fraud and Credit, around September 20:4, 2016, moved from the “Curel” to the place of fire, and then, (d) took advantage of the curel’s name from the “Curel” to the place of fire, and (e) took advantage of the curine’s legitimate holder of the curine’s card as described in the “1” and received property profits from the 3,000 won of the curine’s share of the said credit card and received property profits from the 6.

1. A protocol concerning the examination of the police officers of the accused;
