Punishment of the crime

On July 24, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment and eight months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Eastern District Court, and on March 10, 2016, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence at the Seoul Southern Prison.

1. 1. On June 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a SHW car without obtaining a driver’s license from around 20km to around 310km in the direction of the F G store in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-gu, Seoul, Seoul, to the vicinity of this waters.

2. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a HW car.

On June 24, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver's license from around 06:20 on June 24, 2017, and proceeded with the first front side road of the Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, with the second side of the Sinnam-si.

As a side road, a vehicle was parked on the side side, and there was a person walking on the front side of the defendant's moving direction at the time, so in such a case, the person engaged in the driver's duty of the vehicle has reduced the speed and the front side.
