A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for nine months.

On March 30, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a BFD car at the section of approximately 40 km away from the Dong-dong-si of Macheon-si to the Samcheon-si Hacheon-si, Gangwon-si, Gangwon-si, etc., without a driver’s license, at the section of approximately 40 km from the Myeon-si of Macheon-si to the Hacheon-si, Seocheon-si, Gowon-si.

4. On April 1, 2017, around 04:00, the Defendant driving a car Bp-line without a driver’s license at the Samho Maho Youth located in the Newbuk-si, Gyeonggi-si to the 50km-si.

5. On April 3, 2017, around 06:45, the Defendant driven a B-D car without a driver’s license at a section of approximately 4 km in front of the captain’s length located on the street in front of the Thoho Lake-si, Macheon-si, Macheon-si, in the direction of the 3km.
