Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in the driving of a wing and cargo vehicle B.

1. On March 4, 2018, when the Defendant driven the above vehicle on the 21:20th of March, 2018 and brought the vehicle to the driver’s care in the D 1st of floor parking lot located in Busan, the Defendant has a duty of care to take care of the front, rear, and left well, to accurately manipulate the steering and steering system, and to prevent the accident from occurring.
