Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The transfer registration shall be made within 15 days from the date on which a motor vehicle registered in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act is traded or taken over;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from April 2012 to around July 20, 2016, did not transfer ownership registration even when he/she acquired Crens vehicles from the outside of the instant case from around 2012.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile on a road which is not covered by the mandatory insurance of automobile;

Nevertheless, at around 20:50 on July 2, 2016, the Defendant operated Crens vehicles on the front side of the Crens in front of the Crens under the mandatory insurance of motor vehicles.
