1. The reasoning for the court's explanation of this case is as follows: " from the plaintiff" in Part II, Part IV, Part IV, Part IV, Part IV, "A 4, 5, and Part VI," "No. 6," and Part V, Section 21, "C 21," and the part concerning the reason for the judgment of the court of first instance, except for deletion of "the second," are as stated in the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act. Thus, it is cited as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
