2. 관련법령 ▣ 남녀고용평등과 일ㆍ가정 양립 지원에 관한 법률(이하 ‘남녀고용평등법’이라 한다) 제2조(정의) 이 법에서 사용하는 용어의 뜻은 다음과 같다.
