Punishment of the crime

【2015 Highest 1353】 The Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. At around 16:00 on February 14, 2015, the Defendant sold a disposable injection machine with approximately 0.5g 0.5g of psychotropic drugs in possession of KRW 250,000,000, from the fluoral distance in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (i.e., one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”).

2. Around February 14, 2015, the Defendant administered approximately 0.05g philophones from the toilet of a building near the Youngdong Japan branch located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to a coffee in a way of riding it on the coffee.

3. Around 21:00 on February 24, 2015, the Defendant sold a disposable injection machine with approximately 2.58g 0.38g of philopon, which was in possession of 2.50,000 won from C in front of the above Youngdong Japan 2015, to C.

4. On February 25, 2015, the Defendant administered approximately 0.05g of philopon in a PC (PC) room near the above Youngdong Japan by drinking drinking water.

5. On February 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 19:55, carried a total of 0.52 gramphones by inserting one disposable injection device containing approximately 0.24 gramphones in front of the above Young-dong Japan 2015, and one disposable injection device containing approximately 0.28 gramphones.

[2015 Highest 3390] The Defendant dealt with philophones as follows, even though he is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On August 21, 2014, around 02:00, the Defendant possessed a philopon by inserting a disposable injection device containing approximately 0.07 grams of philopon in the cell phone case from the next delivery of the department store in front of the department store (U.S.).

2. On November 4, 2014, the Defendant administered chophones by drinking approximately 0.05g chophones at the Defendant’s residence located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Seoul), on his hand.
