A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

The evidence of seizure No. 1 shall be confiscated from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On February 9, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Incheon District Court on February 9, 2012, and completed the enforcement of the sentence at the Incheon Detention Center on July 9, 2012.

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On November 2013, 2013, the Defendant stated “D” in Dong-gu Incheon, Incheon, in front of the convenience store, “J” in E’s indictment but appears to be a clerical error in E’s indictment.

From the 1-time injection machine, approximately 0.25 grams of psychotropic drugs, including two psychotropic drugs, (hereinafter referred to as “clophones”) were sent and received phiphones.

B. On November 2013, 2013, the Defendant sold philophones by receiving KRW 0.2g of philophones in the Hro vehicle parked in front of “G” located in the Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, from 100,000 to 10,000 won.

C. On November 2011, 2013, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.05g of phiphonephones into a single-use injection machine, melting tap water as soon as possible, in his arms. D.

On January 2014, the Defendant received 0.05g philophones from E, which were contained in a single-use injection device from E, in front of the above “D” convenience store.

E. On January 2014, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.05g of philophones into a single-use injection machine, melting water as soon as possible and injecting water into his arms.

F. On January 28, 2014, the Defendant purchased a penphone with approximately 0.35g of 20,000 won from E and 0.35g of philophones in front of post offices located in the transmitting forest dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.

G. The Defendant is in the Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government on January 28, 2014.
