Punishment of the crime

[2015 Highly 894] On April 14, 2015, the Defendant cut off one of the correction devices using a shot-ri bicycle with the market price of 430,000 won owned by the victim B (the 60 years of age, female) who was corrected in the bicycle storage room of 155 Korean second apartment 316 dong-ro, Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, 155.

[2015 Height895] On April 1, 2015, the Defendant, around 08:57, at the 1117 “Public Park”, had a mind to steal another’s bicycle.

Therefore, the victim C(the age of 42) who was corrected in the above bicycle c (the age of 300,000) was stolen by cutting the corrective device by cutting the cutting machine, which was prepared in advance to fill the gap in the market price of 300,000,000.

1. On April 20, 2015, at around 09:30, the Defendant borrowed a victim’s mobile phone within “F” in the victim E (53 years old) management of the building 105 in Kimhae-si, and brought a new card (Ownship and G) owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen another's property.

2. On April 20, 2015, the Defendant violated the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) presented a stolen card (Owner’s spepe) under the “J convenience store” in the management of H victim I (57 years of age, 57 years of age) on April 20, 2015; (b) induced the victim as if he were to pay the price properly; (c) received from the victim one disease in an amount equivalent to KRW 1,400 of the market price; and (d) received from the victim, he received from the victim, and then denied the stolen credit card by 18 times in total, as shown in the annexed list of crimes.

3. Attempted fraud.
