Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 800,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Except as provided for in the Public Official Election Act, no one shall distribute, spread, post, or affix any newspaper, communication, magazine, or organ or other publication of any institution, organization, or facility, which carries an article about an election, in a way other than ordinary ways, or reproduce such article to distribute, spread, post, or affix it.

At around 05:30 on June 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) registered as a candidate for multi-elections; (b) before the house of D located in C; (c) held office as the chairman of the industrial economy committee of B; (d) held office as a candidate for the Si Council member affiliated with the same constituency E-political Party; and (e) held three printed materials copying Korean news articles on October 16, 2013 of “G”, which read that F, a produced green belt, has a preferential suspicion, such as changing F, into a natural green belt; and (e) held three printed materials copying of H apartment, 7 printed materials as above, 4 reconcing from the taxi platform to the cross-section; and (e) sold 21 sold the article related to the election, such as spraying of K, 2012, and 21 sold the article on the election.

As a result, the defendant copied articles about election against the candidate of F City Council members in a way other than ordinary ways.
