A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

1. In fact, the Defendant: (a) made a proposal to the friendly job offering E, F and G, and social actors H that “a corporation may create the corporate passbook and sell the corporate passbook; (b) obtained his/her consent; and (c) made one-time “old-age corporation” with the said four persons by means of the best payment, etc.; and (d) sold the passbook in the name of the corporation to those who need another person for committing the crime, such as smoking, gambling, etc. after opening the passbook in the name of the said corporation, and received profits therefrom.
2. Criminal facts;
A. As can be seen, the Defendant made a false report to a public official, and made him record false facts in the corporate registry, which is an electronic records records, and had him record false facts in the electronic records registration information system total of eight times from around that time to November 3, 2014, including the use of such false facts.
