A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Injury;
A. On February 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 01:00 on February 18, 2015, 2015, at the “Eju shop” operated by the Victim D (Inn, 43 years of age) located in Manan-gu, Manan-gu; (b) performed alcohol together with the victim; and (c) the Defendant collected a number of alcohol diseases from the victim’s own seat, and caused the loss to the victim’s son, finger, and knife, caused the loss to the victim on the part of the victim’s knife and knife of the treatment days.
B. On May 11, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime at around 11:00 on May 11, 2015, 2015, on the road side of F neighboring the “Eju shop” as indicated in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant saw the victim’s face side by drinking the victim’s hand, taken the victim’s face with the victim’s hand, boomed the victim’s head debt, and led the victim to approximately three weeks of the fingers and tensions of the victim in need of the cost of stability at around 3 weeks of the treatment days, and caused the victim’s fingers and frights of the victim’s face with the victim’s face.
C. On August 19, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime at around 23:08 on August 19, 2015, when he/she drinks to drink and takes custody of telegraphs, such as the face of the victim, from “Eju shop” as indicated in the preceding paragraph, for the same reason, and caused injury to the victim, such as an explosion, which requires approximately four weeks medical treatment.
2. On August 19, 2015, at around 23:33: (a) the Defendant: (b) took the arms of the victim frightened by the same Defendant’s violent act; (c) Hashed from August 20, 2015 to August 301:35, 2015, on the ground that the victim want to talk with the victim from August 20, 2015, until around 301:30, the Defendant was unable to leave the above furcing; and (c) the victim’s head furcing the victim’s furcing, flading the burcing part, leaving the victim into the front door of the said furcing room for about two hours; and (d) the furcing time continued in the said furcing room, making it impossible for the victim to calculate additional accommodation expenses.
