The judgment below

Examining the reasoning of the judgment below in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below is just in finding the defendant guilty of violating the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. from Sale of Metea Pamins among the facts charged in this case, and it did not err in the misapprehension of logical and empirical rules and in the misapprehension of the principle of free evaluation of evidence, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
