A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, “2016 Man-Ma32,” based on the fact that the victim C(20 years of age) and the high school and the victim did not refuse the request.
