A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Crimes against victims C;
A. A. Around December 10, 2012, the Defendant: (a) threatened the victim, in the Nonghyup-dong, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Seoul, with the threat that “the Defendant would raise money to the victim; and (b) received KRW 8.10,00 won from the victim of drinking fright; (c) around January 2, 2013, the Defendant threatened the victim by the said method; and (d) received KRW 450,00 from the victim of drinking frightage; and (e) interfered with it.
3) On November 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) threatened the victim by the foregoing method; (b) received KRW 68,000 from the food victim; and (c) 68,000,000 from the food victim; (d) around December 14, 2013, the Defendant threatened the victim by the foregoing method in front of the Defendant’s home located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; and (c) received KRW 570,00 from the victim; and (d) interfered with it.
B. Around 23:00 on April 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) told the victim at the Bupyeong-gu Incheon H elementary school located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; (b) stated that “I will die in the Republic of Korea; (c) I knife I knife I knife I knife I knife I knife I knife I knife I knife I knife I knife I knife I knife I knife I knife I knife I knife I knife I knife I knife I knife I k I knife I knif I k I knif I k I knif I k I knif I
Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim who is a deadly weapon.
2. Around December 23, 2013, the Defendant assaulted the victim K to walk the chest part of the victim K, without any justifiable reason, at around the second floor of the building located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City L, the second floor of the building located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.
