1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 38,50,000 as well as 20% per annum from September 2, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3 and Eul evidence Nos. 5, the plaintiff loaned KRW 35,000,000 to the defendant on October 6, 2010 as interest rate of KRW 35,50,000, and due date of payment on August 6, 201, and the fact that the above due date of payment was extended on August 30, 201 can be acknowledged.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 38,500,000 won with interest of KRW 35,00,000 with interest of KRW 35,00,000 with interest of KRW 35,50,000 with interest of KRW) and damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from September 2, 2014 to the date of full payment, as claimed by the plaintiff, following the day following the above payment period. Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
