A Imprisonment with labor of two years and fines of twenty million won, Defendant B’s imprisonment with labor of ten months, Defendant C with a fine of four million won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A’s joint crime committed by Defendant A, B, and E leases 412, 607, and 310, 702, and 1301 of Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office Officetel 1 from around August 2016 to November 18, 2016, Defendant A operated a commercial sex business establishment by advertising “M”, “K,” “L,” and “N,” and Defendant B is the owner of a commercial sex business establishment by advertising “K,” and Defendant B invested money necessary for operating a commercial sex business establishment, and Defendant B is the head of office employed by the Defendant A, who received the said advertisement from an unspecified number of male visitors to find the advertisement at the above business establishment on November 18, 2016, and had the said female employee receive the said commercial sex business amount from 160,000,000 male and female customers under an unspecified number of the said advertisement.

As a result, Defendants conspired to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. Defendant A, B, C, D, and F’s joint crimes: From October 31, 2016 to January 3, 2017, Defendant A leased KRW 412, 607 of the Iteltel 310, 702, and 1301 of the Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Jtel 310, 702, and 1301; KRW 903, 904 of the Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Ptel 903, 904; KRW 708, 1208, and 704, 811 of the Guro-gu Qtel 704, and 811 of the Guri-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City; Defendant B’s employment of three female workers with commercial sex acts; Defendant B’s investment in the advertisement site, “LM,” and Defendant C1’s investment in the said business as Defendant C, Defendant 2, and Defendant C’s investment in the said business.
