Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2016 High 179] The defendant is a person who is engaged in daily work, and the victim C (V, 50 years of age) is a person who operates a singing room in D at all times.
On September 25, 2015, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1,00,000 on December 8, 2015, in relation to the fact that the Defendant found in the multilateral bank operated by the above victim, thereby damaging the property of the victim and assaulting the victim.

[2016 Gohap 238] The Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 2 million on April 7, 2008 by a fine of KRW 1.5 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving under Drinking), and a fine of KRW 2 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving under Drinking) in the same support on July 31, 2009.
