Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On October 15, 2007, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 700,000,000 as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (dacting driving) in the leisure support of the Suwon Flag Flag Flag, and a summary order of KRW 1 million as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (dacting driving) on December 18, 2015. On August 18, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of KRW 2 years for 8 months due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (dacting driving).
[Criminal facts]
1. On June 27, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (measures taken after an accident) was under the influence of 0.143% of alcohol level in blood while driving a Brane vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license of a motor vehicle on June 27, 2018, and driven a road of one-lane in front of a D cafeteria located in C in Sju City by driving it at a fluence distance from the boundary of a police box at a fluence level.
