The defendant is a driver of the vehicle B. A.I. car.

On May 22, 2015, at around 00:35, the Defendant driven the said vehicle in a state with approximately 4 km alcohol concentration of about 0.168%, at the front of the entrance of the Dogdog-dong located at the lower end of the Busan Gangseo-gu, Busan, in front of the frequency of the day in which the Defendant was located at the Gugdog-dong in Gangseo-gu, Busan.
