A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

17 copies (No. 1) of a disposable divers seized shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics, but a person handling narcotics, and is not a person handling narcotics, he/she shall not administer a chrophone (one philopon, hereinafter referred to as "philopon").

1. On September 2017, the Defendant: (a) administered phiphonephones by inserting approximately 0.03 grams in a guest room on the 3rd floor of the Mabel Ba-gun, Sinnam-gun, for one-time use by inserting approximately 0.03g of phiphones into a single-time injection machine; and (b) dilution with the Defendant’s arms.

2. On September 2017, the Defendant: (a) administered phiphonephones by having C take approximately 0.03g of phiphones into a single-use entertainment machine and dilution it into the Defendant’s arms on September 2017 at the guest room on the 4th floor located in the Donnam-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si; and (b) having C take in the Defendant’s arms by inserting approximately 0.03g of phiphones into a single-use entertainment machine.

3. On November 2017, the Defendant committed a crime in the middle of the 2017.1, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.04g g of phiphones into a single-use injection machine, dilution them into the Defendant’s arms, and having the Defendant injection them into the Defendant’s arms.
