Purport of claim and appeal
The judgment of the court of first instance is revoked. The defendant's disposition that the registration of the change in the registered matters of a pharmacy against the plaintiff on February 24, 2012 is revoked.

A. On the fourth page of the judgment of the court of first instance, the fourth page of the judgment of the court of first instance stated that "the fourth floor is used as a Council member and a Council member's stairs room, and the fourth floor was irregular."
B. On the 5th page 5 of the judgment of the court of first instance, the following phrases are added between the 19th page and the 19th page.

Therefore, since the judgment of the first instance is legitimate, the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
