A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On October 5, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act in the Changwon District Court's Smuggling support and completed the execution of the sentence on March 6, 2016, and on March 6, 2016, the Defendant had two times the same criminal records.

Criminal facts

On March 31, 2017, the Defendant received KRW 800,000 from C to the KEB account (E) account in the name of the Defendant’s use on March 31, 2017, and then remitted KRW 800,000 again to F, and then 0.7g of phiphone was dried, and around 15:00 on the same day, the Defendant dried approximately 0.7g of the said phiphone to C at the Defendant’s residence in G Building 311 at 15:0 on the same day.

As a result, the defendant assisted the trade of philophones between C and F.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On March 31, 2017, at around 15:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03g of philopon into a single-use injection machine at the Defendant’s dwelling area of the said G building 311, and injected it into the Defendant’s arms.

B. On July 10, 2017, around 17:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03g of philophones into a single-use injection machine at the above Defendant’s residence, dilution with bio-dives, and injected them into the Defendant’s arms.

On July 11, 2017, at around 02:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03g of philophones into a single-use injection machine at the residence of the above Defendant, dilution with raw water, and injected them into the Defendant’s arms.
