Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,00. If the Defendant fails to pay the said fine, 50.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a worker working as the head of the office in the sexual traffic business place of the trade name called "D" in heading 714 and 607 of the Ilyang-dong, Yongsan-gu, Busan Metropolitan City.

From January 25, 2013 to February 7, 2013, the Defendant received 120,000 won from many unspecified customers, and provided guidance under the above Nos. 714 and 607, where female employees are waiting for female customers, and provided female employees of E and female employees in name in order to have sexual intercourse with the said customers.

The defendant and his/her defense counsel on the argument of control field photographs, Internet advertising pictures, and the defendant and his/her defense counsel asserted that even though the defendant and his/her defense counsel arranged sexual traffic on February 7, 2013, the control date, work as an employee at the above business establishment during the period specified in the facts charged, and that they do not arrange sexual traffic.

However, the following circumstances revealed in the evidence duly admitted by this court, namely, the defendant, at the time of February 7, 2013, acknowledged the fact that the defendant provided sexual traffic arranging, and the defendant is offered as a place for sexual traffic, in light of the fact that it is difficult to believe that the defendant was interviewed by one male head of the office and the F's investigative agency and court (the same age as the defendant G) that he was interviewed by one male head of the office, and that it was offered as a place for sexual traffic.
