Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, it is against the Defendants for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On June 2014, the Defendants heard from Defendant A, who was in marital relations, that Defendant B had a female sexual intercourse with E, and reported the false fact that E had a female sexual intercourse with E to be subject to criminal punishment, and conspired to submit a written complaint stating the same to the police station.

According to the above public offering, Defendant A was on board the vehicle E around 19:30 on June 14, 2014, and entered G 219 room in Gwangju Mine-gu, G 219, along with that, Defendant A reported false contents by sending text messages to 112 using a mobile phone, stating, “Isk if he was arrested, detained and detained on the Domine, Domine,” although he was not subject to confinement from E or rape, and Defendant B had Defendant B, who is his seat, take a walk of Defendant A and E to monitor whether the police was called upon receiving the above Defendant A’s report.
