A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 성매매알선등행위의처벌에관한법률위반(성매매광고) 피고인은 2014. 3.말경 인터넷 사이트인 B에 성매매 알선 또는 암시 문구인 “서면 방앗간 영업합니다. 이쁜섹시외모 몸매바디라인 날씬^^ 진정연애를 즐김, 간지나는 모델라인포스 이쁜 와꾸~ 시크세련된스탈~” 등과 속옷만 입은 여성사진 및 전화번호가 게재된 광고를 게시하여 성매매 또는 성매매알선 등의 행위가 행하여지는 업소에 대한 광고를 하였다.

2. When the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) installed one t lease and shower rooms in Busan-gu Ctel 1908, Busan-gu, and reported the advertisement referred to in paragraph (1) at the Internet site, and received money from the men who had found the place of the advertisement at the Internet site, and arranged commercial sex acts by having the sexual intercourse with the above men.

A. On May 9, 2014, around 00:40, in order to regulate the business of arranging sexual traffic in an officetel, guidance is provided to the above officetel which receives KRW 1.20,000 from a police officer belonging to the Busan Coast Guard Station, who has pretended customers to engage in sexual traffic, and mediates them to become eligible for sexual traffic;

B. On May 21, 2014, around 21:00, in order to regulate the business of arranging sexual traffic in an officetel, the said officetel gave guidance to the above officetel which received KRW 1.20,000 from the police officers belonging to the Busan Police Station, who pretended to be customers to engage in sexual traffic, and arranged them to be subject to sexual traffic.

As such, the Defendant arranged sexual traffic for business from March 2014 to May 21, 2014.
